Evaporation Compensation

I replaced the green freshwater container with this semi-transparent one. It holds slightly less water (15 gallons versus 18 gallons), but now I can more easily tell when the container needs filling up.

This is a little piece I recently constructed to direct water from the auto top-off reservoir into the sump.

The standard Return U-Tube I had previously been using directed water sideways, resulting in a lot of splashing. This piece directs water almost straight down.

I have moved most of the wiring away from the auto top-off storage container, making it easier to fill it up.

The evaporation compensation system for this tank is the same as for my previous tank.
