White Candelabrum Gorgonian (Eunicea sp.)

After a couple of weeks of good flow and lighting, this gorgonian took on a tannish brown color identical to my Brown Candelabrum Gorgonian.

I removed it from the aquarium and sold it to another hobbyist.

I suspect that this specimen is a different morph of the same species as my Brown Candelabrum Gorgonian, although I can see some some slight structural differences. Namely: on this specimen the polyps extend in a highly symmetrical fashion whereas I can see no pattern with the polyp locations on the brown specimen.

However, it is still acclimating and I suspect more polyps may yet emerge. I will put off deciding whether it is the same species or not until then.
